Lower Sioux Indian Community, employees of the Lower Sioux Indian Community businesses, American Indian/Alaska Natives residing in a 10 mile radius of the community, and family of the previously mentioned. Individuals are required to try and apply for Medical Assistance (MA) upon admission.

- Adult mental health case management

- Children's mental health case management

- Comprehensive Use Assessments (CUA)

- Individual and group counseling

- Naloxone Access Point

- Recovery peer specialists

- Substance use disorder referrals

- Urine drug testing
