- Identity theft education and scam prevention - Community Outreach: Police work with residents on better securing their homes; increasing personal safety; preventing thefts at home, preventing workplace violence, and in the community - Community Watch: voluntary option to register the location of residential or business security camera - Multicultural Advisory Committee (MAC): Works to enhance relationships with members of the community from culturally diverse backgrounds - Night to Unite: Held the first Tuesday in August. Allows neighbors to meet, learn about crime prevention and send a message to criminals that neighborhoods are organized and fighting crime - Safety Day Camp: Children are taught safety skills: water, fire and electrical safety; basic first aid; 911 and more
