Direct Access allows an individual to go directly to a provider they choose to receive a comprehensive assessment and access care immediately. Watonwan County no longer provides assessment services. Individuals not on Medical Assistance may qualify for the Behavioral Health Fund, income guidelines exist and Watonwan County Human Services is responsible for determining eligibility.
