- Adults ages 18 and older who are homeless and residing in or receiving support from Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, or Pine County- Must not have convictions for violent crimes against persons within the past 2 years- Must participate in drug and alcohol screening at intake and be willing to comply with program requirements

Provides an emergency shelter with short-term overnight housing for adults experiencing homelessness who have no other safe options. Connects individuals to resources and programs that support access to permanent housing and stability. Also provides Naloxone and Fentanyl test strips.
