Provides an outpatient psychiatric clinic located in Faribault, Minnesota. The clinic specializes in serving adults with severe and persistent mental health conditions, as well as adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who experience co-occurring mental health conditions or behavioral challenges. Patients attend in person visits for initial assessments and at other times as determined appropriate by the treatment team. Most psychiatric appointments are provided through secure video visits, and staff may conduct occasional home visits when clinically indicated.
Southern Cities Clinic serves a highly specialized population. The clinic is designed to provide ongoing, coordinated psychiatric care for adults who require a higher level of expertise and flexibility in treatment delivery.
