• Closed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, and Christmas Day

• Call to schedule an appointment. For same day appointments, call in the morning. No walk-ins due to limited capacity.

• Needle Exchange: Advise the receptionist or any Red Door staff. Clients must bring used needles in a puncture-proof plastic bottle with a screw-on cap, such as a soda or laundry detergent bottle. If dropping off a few needles, put them in the marked boxes located inside the restroom.

• Visits requiring an American Sign Language interpreter must call one week prior to the date of desired appointment
