- Installing handrails
- Installing and repairing smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors
- Repairing door trim and baseboards
- Caulking windows
- Fixing light fence damage
- Painting shutters
- Repairing exterior trimming
- Repairing and replacing door hardware
