Housing Services - Turning Point

Board and lodge: Ms. Bea's House is a 32-unit fully funded room and board residence for African American men who are recovering from drug and alcohol dependency in a safe and sober living environment. Participants, who must be homeless and qualify for GRH, are transitioned into this housing after completing chemical health treatment. Supportive housing: Demo Housing is a 15-unit single bedroom complex for African American men who have a history of chemical dependency and health conditions such as HIV/AIDS and are ready for independent living with some supportive services. Low-income housing: A 14-unit apartment building for African American men and women. Residents must qualify for Hennepin County low-income housing. No support services are provided to residents.
