Provides a range of services and supports for families during pregnancy, infancy, childhood, and adolescence, including:
  • Breastfeeding education, support, and resources
  • Child and Teen Checkups for children and adolescents from birth through age 21
  • Child nutrition education and guidance
  • Expectant parent education classes
  • Family planning services, including birth control information and pregnancy testing
  • Help Me Grow and interagency early intervention services for developmental concerns
  • Infant Follow Along Program to support early child development
  • Maternal and child health education, including information on pregnancy, postpartum care, and child growth and development
  • Preschool developmental screening services
  • School health services, including school nursing support
  • Sexual health services, including testing and treatment for certain sexually transmitted infections
  • Well-child preventive care services, including routine health monitoring and referrals for physical exams
