Provides financial resources to individuals and families who face barriers with stable housing, including: - Connection to behavioral health, dental, and medical care ?- Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP application assistance only for eligible individuals and families in Hennepin County seeking rent assistance. Does not provide direct financial assistance. Hennepin County is responsible for determining eligibility and distributing rent assistance funds. ?- Financial wellness classes ?- Referrals to other NorthPoint programs ?- Renters' rights education To access financial resources for rent or mortgage assistance, participants must complete 2 financial wellness classes.
