The Salvation Army in Houston has limited funds for food vouchers, hotel vouchers, and transportation needs including bus tickets for stranded travelers and car repair assistance. This service is only available when the organization has funding. Because of the dependence on the organization's available funds there is no guarantee that all requests for assistance can be granted, however, people are encouraged to call when they have an emergency need.
