Eligibility

Individuals who have transitioned from a relationship through separation, divorce, death, or disability. Eligibility income guidelines are based on a federal formula. Individuals must have provided unpaid household services for at least 2 years, have lost their primary source of income, and now find that they must support themselves or their families. Residents of Aitkin, Carlton, Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and Saint Louis counties.
