Description

In-home individual and family counseling, parent education, and supportive services for families to assist with prevention of out of home placement including: - Family group decision making: facilitated, confidential meeting between family, friends, and service providers to examine and prioritize the needs of a child's health, safety and wellbeing. - Diagnostic services: diagnostic assessments for clients birth to age 18
