- Families with children ages birth - 18 years who are residents of Aitkin, Benton, Big Stone, Blue Earth, Brown, Cass, Chippewa, Cottonwood, Crow Wing, Jackson, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, McLeod, Meeker, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pine, Pipestone, Redwood, Renville, Sherburne, Sibley, Stearns, Swift, Todd, Wadena, Watonwan, Wright, Yellow Medicine counties. - Family Group Decision Making: Families with children ages birth - 18 who are residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Nicollet, Watonwan, and Sibley counties

In-home individual and family counseling, parent education, and supportive services for families to assist with prevention of out of home placement including: - Family group decision making: facilitated, confidential meeting between family, friends, and service providers to examine and prioritize the needs of a child's health, safety and wellbeing. - Diagnostic services: diagnostic assessments for clients birth to age 18
