Family Health - Washington County Public Health and Environmental Services

Supports families as they learn about: - Childhood safety and injury prevention - Family and community relationships - Health and nutrition - Healthy pregnancies - Infant and child growth and development - Positive parenting Public Health Nurses provide services by phone, at community sites, or at home visits with families. The Follow Along Program (FAP) helps parents monitor their children's development. The Child and Teen Check-Ups Program helps families access preventive medical and dental care. Child passenger safety seats may be available to families receiving Medical Assistance.
