- Office: 8 am - 4 pm Monday - Friday - Family events are offered two Fridays per month from 11 am - 1:30 pm and one Thursday per month from 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Eligibility

- Families need to be experiencing multiple stressors including poverty, chemical dependency, mental health issues and domestic violence which places them at higher risk for neglect and/or abuse - Families must have children ages birth - five years and they must live within the following boundaries: west - Lyndale Avenue; east - Hiawatha; north - I-94; south - 38th Street

Provides family-focused early intervention services which include: Case management, family events, crisis intervention, parent support and education, intensive home visiting, therapeutic preschool and toddler classes as well as speech, occupational, music, and play therapies that are provided on site. Provides services to families that reflect their culture and ethnicity.
