Application process
- Call; email; visit webiste; if an animal is in immediate danger, call 911 or local law enforcement
- Information to include in making a report:
- Reporting individual's name (optional if anonymity is desired)
- Indication if the reporter wishes to remain anonymous
- Phone number/email for follow-up questions
- Address/location of suspected animal abuse
- Description of the animal(s) involved
- Name and contact info of the alleged violator (if known)
- Brief description of the abuse, including dates/times if possible
- Photo or video evidence, if available
