Application process
  • Call; email; visit webiste; if an animal is in immediate danger, call 911 or local law enforcement
  • Information to include in making a report:
  • Reporting individual's name (optional if anonymity is desired)
  • Indication if the reporter wishes to remain anonymous
  • Phone number/email for follow-up questions
  • Address/location of suspected animal abuse
  • Description of the animal(s) involved
  • Name and contact info of the alleged violator (if known)
  • Brief description of the abuse, including dates/times if possible
  • Photo or video evidence, if available
