Transitional Residential Shelter - Grace Place

Grace House is a transitional shelter program for women and children birth to five. Families in the program will receive temporary housing that is meant to bridge the gap between homelessness and permanent housing. Families will have the opportunity to stay up to a year. During this time, Grace House staff and volunteers will create a supportive community for families to pursue their personal goals. Programming services, in-house groups and activities include: Parent support group, On-site wellness activities (yoga, family exercise, Zumba, etc.), Tutoring and mentoring for school-age children, Financial literacy, Children's music/play groups, Community meetings, Open play time guided by staff, Parenting group, Weekly field trips, and Holiday celebrations/birthday parties.
