Serves individuals living with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, Down syndrome, developmental delays, and PTSD, who are residents of Carver, Hennepin, and Wright counties

Forms will need to be completed and reviewed, rider forms are available on the website

By appointment only
Application process
Call, email, or visit the website and have a phone interview set up; once accepted, the rider is placed in the next available session
Fees
$95 per lesson; scholarships may be available; donations accepted
