Adolescents and young adults age 12 - 26 who are residents of Carver, Scott, and western Hennepin counties

12 noon - 8 pm Monday and Tuesday 12 noon - 5 pm Wednesday - Friday 10 am - 2 pm Saturday

  • Call; visit website to schedule appointment- Walk ins may be available for the following services: Emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, and some STI/STD screenings

  • Vary; sliding scale/reduced fees- Eligible clients may receive free services under the Minnesota Family Planning Program - Clients are never turned away due to inability to pay

Services include:- Annual health screenings- All-options pro-choice pregnancy counseling- Annual pap and pelvic exams- Asthma care- Contraception counseling - COVID-19 Rapid Antigen tests- HIV education, testing and prevention- Hormonal birth control- Immunizations?- Pregnancy tests- STI/STD testing and treatment- Sports physicals- Teen and child checkups
