Provides family home visiting services by public health nurses and family health staff to support families, parents, caregivers, and children.
- Home visits for pregnant women to support healthy pregnancy behaviors and preparation for labor and delivery
- Home visits for families with newborns and young children, including education on child growth and development, nutrition, parenting, car seat safety, and connection to community resources
- Home visiting services for families experiencing parenting stress or crisis; services are supportive and educational and are provided or overseen by public health nurses; families may self-refer
- Home visits for children with disabilities or special health care needs, including health education, resources, and referrals
