Provides assistance and support to veterans and their dependents in obtaining benefits through state and federal programs, including:

Applying for health care enrollment for VA health care including primary medical care, medications, inpatient and outpatient care, chemical dependency, optometry, orthopedics, podiatry, audiology, and more

Housing including VA home loan, State Veterans Homes (long term care, board, and care), and homeless resources

Temporary financial assistance through State Soldiers and Assistance Programs (SSAP) including dental, optical, special needs education benefits, substance assistance, and war orphan benefits

Transportation to and from VA-authorized appointments for ambulatory veterans who do not have other means of transportation due to financial or medical hardship
