Program Fees

  • No Fee
Provides assistance and support to veterans and their dependents in obtaining benefits through state and federal programs, including:
  • Applying for health care enrollment for VA health care including primary medical care, medications, inpatient and outpatient care, chemical dependency, optometry, orthopedics, podiatry, audiology, and more
  • Burial benefits
  • Claims for compensation and pension
  • Education
  • Employment
  • Housing including VA home loan, State Veterans Homes (long term care, board, and care), and homeless resources
  • Legal clinics
  • Obtain a DD-214/discharge papers
  • Recreational/discounts for veterans
  • Temporary financial assistance through State Soldiers and Assistance Programs (SSAP) including dental, optical, special needs education benefits, substance assistance, and war orphan benefits
  • Transportation to and from VA-authorized appointments for ambulatory veterans who do not have other means of transportation due to financial or medical hardship
