ARMHS providers help individuals build skills in areas of life essential for everyday, independent living when symptoms of their mental health have decreased functioning abilities. Services are provided through face-to-face individual appointments or in groups that can be provided in a community setting. Services include: - Budgeting, shopping, and healthy lifestyles - Employment-related skills - Household management ??- Interpersonal communication skills - Mental illness and symptom management - Using community resources
