Locations of parks and recreational facilities available on website https://www.bloomingtonmn.gov/pr/locations-bloomington-parks-and-recreational-facilities Bloomington Family Aquatic Center: - 201 East 90th Street, Bloomington MN, 55420 - Open early June through late August; weekends through Labor Day - Concessions available for purchase inside the facility - Picnic space is available inside and outside the pool fence Bush Lake Beach: - 9140 East Bush Lake Road - Open early June through late August - Daily pass or seasonal parking permit is required Accommodations: - Adapted sports for individuals with special needs Adult Leagues: - Baggo, basketball, dodgeball, kickball, softball, tennis, touch football, volleyball Park facilities rental/reservation: - Picnic shelters and athletic fields are available for rent. Many of the city's facilities, public spaces and equipment (i.e., theater, meeting spaces, canoe racks, garden plots) are available for rent. Group reservation rates at the aquatics facilities is also available. Off-leash recreation area for dogs: - 25 acre site located at 111th Street between Nesbitt and Hampshire Avenues - Bloomington Ice Garden: Three rinks, one is olympic-sized; 3600 West 98th Street, Bloomington One municipal golf courses: - Dwan Gulf Club, 952-563-8702 Bloomington Center for the Arts: Focal point for the performing and visual arts including two theaters, two gallieries, dance studio and rehearsal spaces, art classrooms and offices for the facility's nine resident arts organizations

Fee

- Fees vary by facility, program and activity - Fee Assistance Program: If applying for Fee Assistance: - Complete program application, provide documentation and return to Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department. Fee assistance is available to residents of Bloomington and can be used for some, not all, programs. - If accepted for fee assistance, each person in a qualifying household will be eligible for a discount on program registration fees.

- Application/registration form - Fee Assistance: - Notification Letter from ISD 271 Food Service Department of participation in the Free or Reduced Lunch Program OR - For earned income recipients: Verify with a minimum of two pay stubs and a copy of previous year's federal tax returns - For Social Security recipients: Obtain verification of financial status. Call 1-800-772-1213 to request a printout - For Hennepin County recipients: Obtain verification of monthly income. This information can be obtained by calling a Hennepin County financial worker
