Eligibility
Individuals ages 18 and over who meet income guidelines, including individuals who are:
  • Currently receiving MinnesotaCare, on a Medicaid fee-for-service program, or living on a Native American reservation
  • Residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Waseca, and Watonwan counties

Provides comprehensive assessments for substance use disorders to determine the appropriate level of care. Assessments are conducted in-person or via telehealth depending on circumstances. Comprehensive assessments are typically two-hour sessions to produce diagnostic impression and appropriate recommendation(s).
