Provides public health, safety, and general welfare of County residents through development, implementation, and administration of appropriate Planning, Zoning, and Subdivision Regulations which follow applicable ordinances. Agriculture Inspector: - Bio-control of noxious weeds - Commercial pesticide testing - Enforce noxious weeds laws - Seed and feed inspections Planning and Zoning: - Approval of surveys - Conditional use permits - Floodplain/floodway information - Setback permits - Subdivision regulations - Variance applications - Zoning ordinance Other Services: - Feedlot officer - Individual sewage treatment designs - Permits - Wetland conservation
