People with certain blood cancers must be a United States citizen and meet the medical and financial eligibility criteria: - Household income at or below 600% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) (adjusted for cost of living) - Must have active medical insurance

Provides financial assistance to help pay for insurance premiums and meet co-pay obligations for blood cancer treatment-related costs. Financial support assistance is available for private health insurance premiums, certain Medicare plans, and Medicaid spend-down or co-pay obligations.
