Operates adult foster care homes throughout central Minnesota. Provides safe, comfortable living environments for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. Each home offers a family-type setting where clients receive personalized care tailored to their specific needs. Also offers a range of community-based services, including Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS), Independent Living Services (ILS), Supervised Living Services (SLS), respite care, in-home family support, and support for college students through the Occupational Support Service Program (OSP). These services are designed to promote independence and community integration for individuals with special needs.
