Offers help in over 20 different languages connecting immigrants and refugees to resources and services within Hennepin County. Assists with:
  • Applying for government benefits including health care, MFIP, food assistance, child care assistance, and emergency programs
  • Connecting to community resources
  • Coping with differences in cultures
  • Finding solutions to housing issues
  • Enrollment in the English language and citizenship classes
  • Exploring employment and completing employment applications
  • Immigration needs such as immigration advocacy and policy interpretation for public programs
  • Registration for school
