Eligibility

Individuals who are members and living with HIV/AIDS; primarily serves residents of Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties

Required documents

Proof of HIV status proof of address verification of income and application/registration form

Hours

9 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday 9 am - 12:30 pm Friday

Interpretation services

French; Spanish; interpreters available

Application process

Must make an appointment for food shelf; can be accessed once a month per client

Food Shelf provides enough food to prepare four to five days of meals at home. Members receive nonperishable food, frozen meals, meat, dairy, produce and hygiene items. Food shelf access is limited to once per month.
