Provides legal assistance, representation, and advocacy on behalf of youth with disabilities having issues with their school programming including, but not limited to, issues with an Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.), accessibility issues, problems with truancy related to disability or illness, language issues, etc. Note: Does not represent in cases of expulsions or suspensions.
