- Serves individuals of all faiths who are residents of Blue Earth, Cottonwood, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Jackson, Martin, Mower, Murray, Nobles, Olmsted, Pipestone, Rock, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watonwan, and Winona counties- Financial assistance includes rent and/or utilities; client must be pregnant and/or have a child under 12 months in their home

Services include: - Adoption planning and placement - Baby items include Bundles of Love gift bags filled with baby clothes, bibs, blankets, diapers, toys, wipes, and more for all newborns, pack and play - Crisis hotline - Domestic and international adoption - Home studies - Mother and Child Assistance Fund provides one-time assistance to pregnant women and families with children under 12 months old, including electric service, gas service, heating fuel, rent payment, and water service assistance - Parenting planning and education - Post-adoption assistance - Pro-life pregnancy planning services - Referrals for medical assistance, financial assistance, housing assistance, legal assistance, nutrition services, and parenting education
