Handles a variety of customer inquiries related to tax, recording, and assessment. Automated service requires customer to have a parcel identification number (PIN) for access. Provides:
  • Calculation, collection, and distribution of property taxes
  • Land records and recording documents
  • Tax accounting and administers special assessments, tax increment financing, and other tax determinations

Carries out statutory duties of the offices of the Assessor, Auditor, Recorder, Local Registrar and Treasurer (exclusive of investments and licensing). Administers property records and tax laws for the State thereby insuring the equitable allocation, collection, and distribution of property taxes, and accurate maintenance of land records.
