Description

Provides a few options for patients who have received services through a Lake View Clinic and/or Hospital. Options offered: - Financial Assistance Program: Helps individuals who are unable to pay all or part of their Lake View medical bills and have questions regarding a bill - Elevate Patient Financial Solutions: Lake View partners with Elevate to provide free help to uninsured patients to find the most appropriate assistance from a variety of resources to help pay for medical bills - Zero Interest Patient Financing: A payment plan option to help patients with their cost of service. The program provides a zero-interest revolving credit account with flexible payment terms and manages out-of-pocket expenses, deductibles, and insurance co-payments.
