Self Representation Assistance - Winona County Court Administration
The Court Administration office is a resource for County residents who choose to represent themselves in court or have questions on civil, family, probate, and criminal matters. There are two public access terminals available to the public to search public records and access the Minnesota Judicial Branch's public website.
