Commodity Supplemental Food Program - CSFP - Community Action Center - CAC

Provides additional food to older adults who participate in the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP). A nutritional food package is provided to older adults to supplement their food at home. A delivery option of the food package is available to homebound residents.

Application process

- Call for an appointment; appointments are preferred; walk ins are accepted - Older adults can certify for the NAPS program the same way they certify to use the CAC food shelf

Required documents

Application/intake form; contact information such as name, address, number of people in the household, and ages; proof of address; proof of household income

Eligibility

Older adults age 60 and older who meet at 130% or below of the federal poverty guideline and are residents of Dakota, Goodhue, and Rice counties
