Contact building inspector, Nancy Scott, at (320) 293-5298. Building permits are required for any new construction, remodeling, building relocation, siding, roofing, driveways, signs, decks, and fences. Building permit applications are available at City Hall. - Finance and Administration - Fire Department: The Foley Fire Department is a municipal volunteer department serving the City of Foley and parts of Benton and Morrison counties.

- Parks and Recreation: Responsible for all Foley parks and trails and the Foley municipal pool.
