Eligibility
Persons who currently reside in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin; or who live in another state but previously worked in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota. The Project has NO age or income requirements.
Required documents
All documents pertaining to the pension issues including any paperwork received concerning the case
and the names, phone numbers, and addresses of all persons involved.
