Provides mental health services which include: - Adult mental health case management - Advocate for the needs of mental health consumers - Assisting the consumer in identifying mental health needs - Client outreach - Comprehensive mental health assessment and a current diagnostic assessment from a licensed clinician - Coordinating with providers on resources relating to education, financial benefits, housing, medical, social, and vocational services - Linking the consumer to needed services to meet their mental health needs - Monitor the quantity and quality of services that are provided to consumers
