Trained staff who provides information and answers regarding the civil commitment process. - Informational fact sheets, brochures and pamphlets, website on the Civil Commitment and Treatment Act - Referrals to Ombudsman staff for advocacy and support services to those who qualify - Specialized training and presentation to agencies and groups on individualized topics such as pre-petition issues, post-petition issues, neuroleptic medications, effective advocacy - Up-to-date information on proposed or new changes to the law
