Scouting uses methods such as camping to guide positive youth development in citizenship, character, and personal fitness. BSA partners with community based organizations to provide year round programs. Parker Scout Reservation is a council owned camp located on North Long Lake. - Facilities include a castle with indoor sleeping and toilet facilities; and modern dining room and kitchen. - Outdoor camping is also available - Camp is available for scout and non-scout youth group rentals - Programs are also available for non-scout groups
