The program builds bridges, allowing those living with a disability access to activities and events they would not normally have. Program developers create a calendar of activities that provide social, physical, and mental benefits for all ages, levels of disability, and their families/caregivers. This program also manages the fundraising events for UCP of Central MN. These events bring those with disabilities together with family and community members to raise funds for UCP programs. ?Inclusive Community Program activities can include:

Provides coordinated services, such as chore services, transportation, home modifications, support planning, pass-through purchasing, and assistive technology, for people with physical and invisible barriers and low-income seniors. In addition, have a large donated equipment program, an assistive technology lab, education programs, and inclusive events.
