Eligibility

- City of Minneapolis residents; depends on program - Highrise: Income based housing. Preference is given to those who pay 50% or more of their income for rent, are displaced or are living in substandard housing, including the homeless and victims of domestic abuse. - Family: Low-income based housing - Section 8 Rent Assistance Program: Older adults or individuals living with a disability or individuals displaced by public action (other single individuals not eligible), or a family of two or more persons - Couples: Non-elderly, childless couples are eligible to live in high rise apartments and one bedroom family units
