Food Shelves - 360 Communities

- Operates a network of five partner food shelves in which clients place orders and pick up food (Farmington Food Shelf, Our Daily Bread Food Shelf at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church and Rosemount Family Resource Center) or shop for their own food (Main Site/Burnsville Family Resource Center, Feed My Sheep Food Shelf at Messiah Lutheran Church and Our Daily Bread Food Shelf at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church). Donations of fresh produce accepted. - Also operates a Nutrition Assistance Program for seniors in Burnsville, Farmington, Lakeville and Rosemount, which provides monthly food support to low-income seniors
