Eligibility
Low-income residents of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca, and Watonwan counties. Also, must:
  • Be a family or a single adult
  • Be currently homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing (doubled-up situations are looked at on a case-by-case basis)
  • Meet income eligibility (under 175% of the Federal Poverty Guideline)
  • Willing to participate in follow-up services and cooperation with past follow-up requirements
