- Burnsville Transit Station: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday
- Marschall Road Transit Station: 7 am - 3:20 pm Monday - Friday
- Minneapolis Metro Transit Service Center: 8:30 am - 4 pm/7 days a week
- Saint Paul Metro Transit Service Center: 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 12 noon - 2:30 pm/7 days a week
- SouthWest Transit Station: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm/7 days a week

The program allows low-income individuals fares of $1 per trip on any bus (express or non-express) or light rail train at any time of day. Transfers included. Cards will come loaded with $5 and can be refilled at any Go-To card outlet, online, or rail ticket machines.
NOTE: Discount does not apply to Transit Link or Metro Mobility buses; a partial TAP discount of $3.25 is valid for Northstar fares.
