Low-income individuals age 13 - 64 within the metro area

Application/registration form picture ID verification of low-income status (verified through a non-profit or another government agency) The following verification documents can be used: - State of Minnesota EBT Card with food benefits (must log into EBT Edge to qualify) - Unemployment insurance - Free/Reduced Lunch Approved Letter - WIC ID Folder - Metro HRA Family Summary - Plymouth HRA Verification Sheet and Family Information Survey Check website as list of verification documents may grow.

Transit facility hours:

• Burnsville Transit Station: 8 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday

• Marschall Road Transit Station: 7 am - 3:20 pm Monday - Friday

• Minneapolis Metro Transit Service Center: 8:30 am - 4 pm/7 days a week

• Saint Paul Metro Transit Service Center: 8:30 am - 11:30 am and 12 noon - 2:30 pm/7 days a week

• SouthWest Transit Station: 6:30 am - 6:30 pm/7 days a week

Apply by mail (application online) or walk-in at either Metro Transit Service Center or at Transit Facilities:

• Burnsville Transit Station - 100 Highway 13, Burnsville

• Marschall Road Transit Station - 1615 Weston Court, Shakopee

• Minneapolis Metro Transit Service Center - 719 Marquette Avenue, Minneapolis

• St. Paul Metro Transit Service Center - US Bank Center Skyway 101 E. 5th Street, St. Paul

• SouthWest Transit Station - 13500 Technology Drive, Eden Prairie

Enrollment can also be completed through an affiliated organization if an individual is already supported by that organization. A list of approved agencies can be found online.
