- Uninsured individuals
- Individuals whose insurance doesn't cover the cost of vaccinations (people who have a co-pay or deductible are not eligible for vaccines)
- Children who are American Indian or Alaskan Native
- Children who are on a Minnesota Health Care Program (Medical Assistance, MNCare, or PMAP)
- Residents of Dakota County

Call for appointment at Western Service Center for appointment clinics; walk in to clinics at both sites for walk-in clinics
Fees
- Low cost vaccines available through Minnesota Vaccines for Children (MnVFC) Program.
- Suggested cost for each MnVFC vaccination is $21, but no one who qualifies for MnVFC will be turned away if they are unable to pay.
- Some vaccines available for a fee for children who do not qualify for MnVFC vaccines
