Eligibility

Homeowners who are low-income and residents of Goodhue County; program eligibility varies: A Brush with Kindness: - Are willing and able to assist other volunteers with the work - Are willing to support Habitat for Humanity in other ways if unable to assist with the work Aging in Place: - Demonstrate that the project(s) will allow client to stay in the home more safely, and for longer, and the project(s) are within the scope of Habitat's capabilities Critical Home Repair: - Are willing and able to assist volunteers with the work

Provides home repair and revitalization services including: A Brush with Kindness (ABKD): Projects may involve work such as constructing decks and ramps, landscaping, roofing, painting, weatherization repairs, and yard work Aging in Place (AIP): Projects include installing an access ramp into homes, reducing trip hazards in the home, and installing walk-in showers. ?Critical Home Repair (CHR): Projects include repair or replacement of roofs, windows, doors, and siding. Additions or expansions are not included????????
