Homeowners who are low income and residents of Goodhue County; program eligibility varies: A Brush with Kindness: - Are willing and able to assist other volunteers with the work- Are willing to support Habitat for Humanity in other ways if unable to assist with the workAging in Place: - Demonstrate that the project(s) will allow the client to stay in the home more safely, and for longer, and the project(s) are within the scope of Habitat's capabilitiesCritical Home Repair: - Are willing and able to assist volunteers with the work

Provides home repair and revitalization services, including:- A Brush with Kindness (ABKD): Projects may involve work such as constructing decks and ramps, landscaping, roofing, painting, weatherization repairs, and yard work- Aging in Place (AIP): Projects include installing an access ramp into homes, reducing trip hazards in the home, and installing walk-in showers.?- Critical Home Repair (CHR): Projects include repair or replacement of roofs, windows, doors, and siding. Additions or expansions are not included????????
