Open to all in need of health care services in Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, Washington counties in Minnesota; St. Croix, Polk, and Pierce counties in Wisconsin

7 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday 8 am - 12 noon the 2nd Saturday of each month

Call; walk in Appointments are preferred; walk in care is provided as staffing permits.
Fees
  • Vary by service
  • Offers a sliding fee scale to patients without insurance who qualify. Proof of family income is needed to be eligible for the sliding fee scale. Call ahead to discuss payment procedure policy. Staff will help patients apply for Medical Assistance and physician's assistance medication programs.

A range of dental services is offered. Though in some cases, the agency may have to refer clients elsewhere. Services include:

  • Dental exams
  • Dentures/partials
  • Extractions
  • Fillings
  • Fluoride
  • Preventive care & education
  • Restorative care
  • Root canals (may be performed if the issue is located on the front teeth)
  • Sealants
  • X-rays and cleaning
