Eligibility
- Youth between the ages of 14 - 21 (by June 1) and not yet enrolled in college
- Must live in the city of Minneapolis
- Meet income guidelines and special circumstances
- Must be able to legally work in the United States. Some employers may require different criteria, such as United States citizenship.
