- Youth between the ages of 14 - 21 (by June 1) and not yet enrolled in college - Must live in the city of Minneapolis - Meet income guidelines and special circumstances - Must be able to legally work in the United States. Some employers may require different criteria, such as United States citizenship.
Application/registration form family's household income for the last 6 months if family receives any public assistance student's school ID number valid email address

A City of Minneapolis initiative that offers paid internships to youth ages 14-21, particularly those from low-income backgrounds or facing employment barriers. Participants undergo work readiness training and are matched with positions at local businesses and nonprofits to gain job experience, explore career interests, and develop professional skills.
